December 31, 2011 - Louisville, Kentucky. Telecommunication Properties, Inc. (TPI) announced it has completed a major contract with SPRINT for advanced technology Distributed Antenna System .
April 2, 2011 April 2, 2011 New York City - Telecommunication Properties, Inc. (TPI) announced it has completed a multi-million contract with AT&T for an advanced Distributed Antenna System (DAS) inside a famous New York City landmark. AT&T will connect to the DAS to increase services levels at the newly renovated facility with an advanced DAS network operated by TPI. In the fall of 2011 AT&T plans to implement the new service inside the facility. This year TPI completed a similar contracts with AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, Tmobile and MetroPCS on other TPI operated DAS networks like The Dallas Cowboys Stadium.
March 30, 2011 - Telecommunication Properties, Inc. (TPI) today announced that it has completed construction management of a distributed antenna system (DAS) to facilitate wireless communications services in Bank of America Plaza. The massive property approved a DAS wireless solution in order to provide enhanced wireless coverage for its office and retail tenants that will accommodate multiple wireless carriers. The Bank of America Plaza DAS network provides wireless coverage and more importantly data capacity for the tenants throughout this massive 72 story complex. Verizon is the first wireless provider to utilize the DAS network, and the network has the capacity to support up to four additional carriers.

January 14, 2011 - February 15, 2011: Cisco Announces Positioning Statement on DAS. Cisco has released its statement on distributed antenna system (DAS). Recent claims made by a Richardson, Texas based DAS provider prompts various manufactures of WIFI equipment to make positioning statements relative to their products. Healthcare facilities are particularly vulnerable to the claims made by DAS contractors who claim endorsements from WIFI gear companies.

January 23, 2011 - January 23, 2011 Dallas, Texas Cogent Communications has completed a five year agreement with Telecommunication Properties, Inc. inside TPI's Dallas collocation and carrier facility. We have worked with Cogent in Dallas for the last 10 years and we are pleased they have elected to continue working with us.
December 31, 2010 - December 31, 2010 - Telecommunication Properties, Inc. (TPI) announced it has completed a $ 1.1 million contract with Verizon Wireless for advanced technology Distributed Antenna System (A-DAS). Verizon will increase services at the newly opened KFC/YUM Center in downtown Louisville from the DAS network operated by TPI. In the spring of 2011 Verizon plans to implement Long Term Evolution (LTE)/4G service at the new Louisville Arena. Jimmy Chiles stated, "our contract with Verizon calls for the installation of nearly 80 additional antennas that will provide improved capabilities the fans inside the stadium, we are excited and pleased with Verizon's commitment with the project."
October 21, 2010 - October 21, 2010 - Telecommunication Properties, Inc. (TPI) announces it has completed a $ 2.2 million contract with AT&T for expansion of it's services that include a 700 MHZ Distributed Antenna System (DAS) with MIMO technology. The DAS network operated by TPI, enables AT&T to begin it's Long Term Evolution (LTE) build out at the new Dallas Cowboys Stadium. Additionally the contract calls for installation of 450 additional antennas to provide improved coverage at the stadium. A spokesperson with TPI stated "wireless applications will be greatly enhanced inside the new stadium with this new network and we welcome AT&T's participation on our DAS network".
October 6, 2010 - October 6, 2010 - Telecommunication Properties, Inc. (TPI) announces it has completed a $ 2.2 million contract with Verizon Wireless for advanced MIMO technology and newly expanded 700 MHZ Distributed Antenna System (DAS). Verizon will increase services at the stadium from the DAS network operated by TPI. Beginning in December Verizon plans to implement it's Long Term Evolution (LTE) and 4G service at the new Dallas Cowboys Stadium. Additionally the contract calls for installation of hundreds of additional antennas to provide improved coverage and capabilities inside the stadium.

(TPI), an industry leader in the operations and management of carrier cross connect and Meet-Me-Room operations have executed a 3 year contract with Airband Communications for collocation facility and cross connects at its Dallas facility. August 31, 2010 - Telecommunications Properties Inc. (TPI), an industry leader in the operations and management of Distributed Master Antenna Systems "DAS" has executed a 5 year $1.5 million contract with the Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority (DART). Jimmy Chiles, President of Telecommunication Properties, Inc. said the multi-year contract includes design, installation and operations of a 700 to 900 MHz Master Antenna System as well as our collocation service inside TPI's Dallas broadcast facility.

May 21, 2010 - Telecommunications Properties Inc. has been contracted by the Louisville Arena Authority to oversee design, installation, and management of a state-of-the-art in-building wireless system for the new sports arena complex now in development.
October 6, 2009 - Telecommunication Properties, Inc. (TPI) announces it has been contracted to project manage and oversee the installation and operation of a multi-operator Distributed Antenna System (DAS). The new wireless DAS-Network, operated by TPI, enables the new Dallas Cowboys Stadium to provide improved coverage and increase capacity for participating cell phone carriers. It also helps the Dallas Cowboys enhance operating income by leveraging the extensive fiber optic plant inside the stadium.
