Jimmy Chiles

President

Jimmy Chiles oversees the company and directs the marketing of TPI's technology assets. Jimmy began his career with Motorola in 1977 and became Motorola's National Cellular Infrastructure Manager in 1983. In 1985 Jimmy Chiles and James Treatch founded Cellpage, Inc. As a wireless spectrum owner their company was quickly acquired by Southwestern Bell in 1986 . In 1988 Jimmy Chiles and Jim Hopper founded Netlink Communications, Inc. and became an early operator of the 800 MHz spectrum with networks in California and Texas. To expand these markets SPRINT/Nextel acquired Netlink's licenses and network in 1999. To capitalize on the growing cell phone infrastructure market, Jimmy founded Broadcast Towers, Inc. With several hundred cell sites Broadcast Towers, Inc. was acquired in 2001 by Global Signal, an NYSE traded company. In 2002 Chiles founded Aspen Communications, LLC. with private equity partners Atlantic Pearl and Bryan Street Partners. As a carrier hotel operator, Aspen Communications built the original cross connect platform and provisioning facility for 2323 Bryan Street which included a metro fiber network. In 2007 Chiles sold Aspen to a subsidiary of the El Paso Corporation (NYSE, EP) Alpheus Communications and the private equity company Genesis Park, LP. Jimmy served as Alpheus's interim President and directed the Enterprise market until late 2008. Today Jimmy Chiles continues TPI's 25 year tradition of delivering unique fiber and wireless solutions for large real estate projects NCAA & NFL stadiums and NBA Arenas.

 

 

Jeff Alexander

Vice President and Chief Technology Officer

Jeff Alexander executes the responsibilities of Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. Jeff has been the leading creator of many of TPI's flagship DAS sites such as the Dallas Cowboy Stadium, KFC Arena, Bank of America Plaza and a newly rebuilt state of the art landmark arena in New York City. Jeff has a unique understanding of distributed antenna systems as they relate to large sports venue but also understands the business and how these systems are monetized. Jeff Alexander spent 20 years in key leadership roles with Bellsouth Mobility and Sprint/Nextel building systems and networks.

 

 

Vicki Clark

Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Clark manages the company's financial affairs and plays a key role in execution of the company's acquisition strategy as well as asset management of its contracts. Prior to joining TPI, Clark served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial and Administrative Officer for Aspen Communications a metro area fiber optic and data center operator now owned by the El Paso Corporation (NYSE, EP). Prior to Aspen Ms. Clark was a financial analyst with publically traded Bramalea Limited, a Canadian based real estate developer. Prior to Bramalea Ms. Clark was employed with Rosewood Properties in its Dallas corporate headquarters.

Clark is a graduate of Oklahoma Baptist University with a BA in Business Administration cum laude. Ms. Clark has passed the uniform CPA examination and has been licensed to practice public accounting.

 

 

Jerry Mull

Senior Vice President

Jerry Mull leads the company’s contract administration efforts as well as its business operations. Before joining TPI and its predecessor Broadcast Towers, Mr. Mull spent 22 years with Motorola, Inc. While at Broadcast Towers, Inc., Mr. Mull negotiated and managed the contracts for the various business units in which he worked.

 

 

Dallas Astler

Project Management

Dallas Astler is TPI's Director of Project Management. In this role Dallas plays a key role in managing and directing deployments of carrier systems into TPI's portfolio of Carrier Collocation Facilities and Distributed Antenna Systems. Dallas has the in depth experience needed to oversee and report to stake holders involved in these projects. Previously Dallas was with Dean Foods Corporations overseeing the companies data center operations at it's 2323 Bryan Street facility.
